1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

2. Visiting the website and server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes information that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL as well as browser and operating system details. This data is technically necessary in order to deliver the website, to ensure its stability and security and to detect misuse.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and trouble free operation). The data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short period.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by a service provider that processes the data on our behalf and on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Delivery takes place via a content delivery network so that content is transmitted quickly and reliably.

4. Cookies and storage on your device

This website uses no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. The only thing stored is your choice from the consent notice. It stays locally in your browser (local storage) and is not transmitted to us or to third parties. This storage does not require consent under § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, because it serves solely to carry out your choice.

Should services requiring consent be added in future, this will only happen after your express consent pursuant to § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting the website data in your browser.

5. Fonts and external content

For consistent presentation, fonts are loaded via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent presentation). Any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process your details solely in order to handle your enquiry and in case of follow up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).

Right to object: you may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Independent Centre for Privacy Protection Schleswig-Holstein, Holstenstraße 98, 24103 Kiel, Germany.

8. Data security

This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted TLS connection (HTTPS). We also take technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

9. Status

This privacy policy will be updated as soon as functions of this website or the legal situation change. Status: September 2026.
